Mr. Silverman is an internationally prominent media strategist and entrepreneur with more than 35 years' experience in the front ranks of the U.S. entertainment and communications fields. He has participated in the acquisition, production, distribution, and marketing of content for motion picture theaters, commercial and public broadcasting, cable and pay-television, home video, satellites, interactive media, and the Internet. He has been actively engaged with India for more than a decade and has represented the US entertainment industry initiatives for The Tata Group's Tata Elxsi, Ltd. since 2002. He is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs ["TiE"], has written often for The India Journal , and is developing a major international motion picture to be shot in India . Mr. Silverman has also produced, moderated, and spoken at India-related media conferences around the globe.
