Vallabh Bhanshali,is an investment banker who's the founder chairman of Enam Consultants, a leading financial services firm based in Mumbai. Enam ranks among the top houses in league tables in terms of number of IPOs handled.

Enam Financial Consultants , is reportedly in talks with JP Morgan for a strategic alliance. The alliance may also entail an equity acquisition (probably 50 per cent) by JP Morgan in Enam.

• Mr Bhanshali says that India continues to be attractive in the long term.
• Markets are at mouth watering levels currently. He says these are god sent opportunities for investors.
• He believes that the radio business has several unique features as compared to the other media. Also the penetration of radio in India is poised to go up to quite an extent.
• He suggests that the investor should watch out for innovation, long-term investment and the ability to consolidate. Also, he says that in the banking sector, the investor should focus on individual banks and watch the numbers closely.
